We build HR tech used by governments worldwide to help people find jobs and plan their careers. Now we’re looking for a Technical Consultant to help bring these solutions to life in a smart, practical way.

What you’ll do

You’ll work hands-on with teams and clients to design, set up, and improve our solutions. That means configuring systems, integrating data, and making sure everything runs smoothly without overcomplicating things.

You’ll work with tools like AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Python or Bash. You’ll also handle data pipelines (ETL) and keep an eye on performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

You won’t just build—you’ll advise. You’ll help clients make good decisions, balance trade-offs, and navigate complex environments with multiple stakeholders. Sometimes that means pushing back, sometimes adapting.

You’ll also help ensure our AI-driven features are used responsibly and transparently.

What you bring

• Around 5+ years in technical delivery roles (think implementation, solution engineering, or similar).
• Strong hands-on skills with cloud, data, scripting, and system architecture.
• Experience in HR tech, staffing, or public sector is a big plus.
• Clear communication skills—you can talk tech and business.
• Confidence working with different stakeholders in complex settings.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Extra languages (Dutch, Spanish, French, German).
• Experience with AI or data science.
• Familiarity with Agile or similar ways of working.

Practical stuff

• Hybrid setup (Utrecht + home).
• Some international travel (varies per project).
