Our client international partner ecosystem is the key to scalable growth. Their partners are experts in supply chain optimization — they sell, implement, and support our low-code SaaS platform within top-tier manufacturing and logistics companies across Europe and beyond.

To help the partners thrive (and ensure client thrives with them), we're looking for a driven, collaborative, and strategic Partner Manager to lead and elevate our partner success initiatives.

 

Your Role

As Partner Manager, you are the primary point of contact and the strategic enabler for our global partner organizations. You ensure they are equipped, aligned, and motivated to deliver outstanding results — from initial deal pursuit to long-term customer support.

You’ll be working closely with partners on sales enablement, joint marketing, strategic account development, and knowledge transfer. You will also be a key player in large tenders and enterprise sales cycles, providing both operational and commercial support.

Over time, you’ll help shape and execute a more mature partner strategy, identifying new opportunities and models for international growth.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the main liaison between client and its international partner network
  • Enable partners through training, onboarding, and ongoing support (sales & technical)
  • Co-develop industry-specific go-to-market campaigns together with partners and marketing
  • Support partners in complex sales cycles and major tender processes
  • Ensure partners have the latest tools, documentation, and platform knowledge
  • Monitor partner performance and collaborate on growth plans
  • Drive alignment between partner sales/support teams and internal teams
  • Help refine our global partner strategy and identify new strategic opportunities

 

What You Bring

  • 3–6 years of experience in partner/channel management, business development, or strategic alliances
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS, preferably in supply chain, ERP, or enterprise technology
  • A collaborative mindset with a sharp eye for both relationships and results
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch — German is a plus
  • Experience working in international environments and/or with consulting organizations
  • Hands-on approach: not afraid to step into a call, pitch, or co-create a presentation
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot is a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with partners and support key projects
  • You are proactive, structured, and always thinking a few steps ahead
