A fast-growing SaaS platform in the talent space—built around smart skills matching and responsible AI—is expanding across Europe. To fuel that growth, we’re bringing in an Enterprise Interim Sales Manager who knows how to open doors, build momentum, and close meaningful deals.
This isn’t a volume game. It’s about precision, strategy, and impact.
You’ll be working with large, sophisticated organizations (think 3,000+ employees), guiding them through the full journey from first conversation to signed agreement. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders, connect the dots across stakeholders, and translate product value into real business outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Shaping and driving a high-quality enterprise pipeline
- Building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers (HR, tech, and beyond)
- Leading complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
- Connecting our platform to challenges like internal mobility, upskilling, and workforce transformation
- Partnering closely with teams across product, consulting, legal, and finance
You’ll likely thrive here if you:
- Bring solid experience in enterprise B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or HR tech
- Have a history of closing substantial, strategic deals
- Feel at ease engaging with senior executives and navigating long sales cycles
- Like working with structured sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.)
- Balance commercial instinct with a thoughtful, value-driven approach
